Flavor 91 Bistro is a family-owned and operated food truck, serving since 2016. Flavor 91 Bistro opened to provide their community with healthy food options, as well as to create local partnerships with farmers, and culinary career opportunities. They source their ingredients locally from Ohio farms and serve non-antibiotic, non-GMO, hormone-free, grass-fed burgers, sandwiches, salads, house-made and proprietary vegan/vegetarian options, soups, seasonings, sauces, dressings, desserts and appetizers. They also innovated and incorporated flavors from our Ethiopian heritage and created a new category called: American Fare With Ethiopian Flair and American Fare With Axum Flair to combine the best of Ethiopian flavors, seasonings and recipes with American staples!
