2026 Food Vendor Application is Closed

Thank you for your interest in vending at Jazz & Rib Fest, July 24-26, 2026 in Columbus, Ohio!

Jazz & Rib Fest is seeking both BBQ vendors and festival food (non-BBQ) vendors that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options to enjoy while experiencing three days of continuous live entertainment.

All food vendors wishing to participate must first complete an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants must create an account when completing the application. Once an account is created, applicants will have the ability to save and return to their application until it is submitted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.

First consideration will be given to applications submitted by Monday, February 9, 2026. All completed applications will be carefully reviewed following this date. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance or non-acceptance via email after the review process is complete. Incomplete applications may not be accepted or the menu may be restricted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.

Please review the Food Vendor Guidelines before submitting an application. The guidelines provide detailed information including operating timelines, fees, requirements and general information to help vendors be successful during the event.

The following items will NOT be considered for a food vending space:
• Any and All Packaged Beverages
• Soft Drinks
• Bottled Water
• Sports Drinks
• Alcoholic Beverages
