Using their years of experience working with some of the biggest names in competition BBQ, such as Chicago BBQ, Texas Lightning, Aussom Aussie BBQ and Checkered Pig, they bring our big flavors to every event. They have been fortunate enough to win Best Ribs in Akron and Best Sauce in Michigan, and they are eager to showcase our authentic, competition-style BBQ to new audiences!
