We are the only team in the world to win Reno, Nevada’s coveted “Best in the West—first place ribs” three times and have been featured on the Food Network. Our BBQ is never precooked, always slow cooked using premium meat, spices, sauce and wood. We feel our old fashioned, labor intensive approach to BBQ has made us a crowd favorite, but as my grandmother always said, “self brag is half scandal,” but you be the judge.
