Jazz & Rib Fest Headlining Artists Announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio — This summer the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department’s Jazz & Rib Fest will celebrate 30 years as one of the most anticipated events in downtown Columbus and the Midwest with a move to the city’s premier entertainment destination, the Arena District. The aroma of hot ribs and sounds of cool jazz will fill the air on July 24 and 25 from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., and July 26 from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Admission is free.

The Jazz & Rib Fest, funded through the generous support of our sponsors, will offer a diverse lineup of artists guaranteed to satisfy the cravings of any jazz connoisseur. Performances will feature touring artists including:

Norman Brown's Summer Storm featuring Wayman Tisdale & Eric Darius
Dirty Dozen Brass Band
Byron Stripling Quartet
Donald Harrison
Brian Simpson Quartet
Columbus Youth Jazz Orchestra with Herlin Riley
Wess "Warmdaddy" Anderson performing Bird with Strings
Mindi Abair
Stefon Harris and Blackout
Lou Donaldson Quartet
Pucho Brown and His Latin Soul Brothers
Etienne Charles Quintet
