Where should I park?
Click here for Arena District Parking Map. Parking is available in Arena District surface lots and garages, labeled A - L on the Parking Map. Garages K and I are the closest parking options open to the public. Parking fee at lots A – L will be $10.
Handicap Parking: Lot M on the Parking Map is designated for Handicap Parking only and is located right in the midst of the festival. To reach Lot M take Neil Avenue south from Nationwide Blvd and then left on New Public Lane. The lot will be on your right. To use this lot, you will need to have a handicapped license plate or placard or other state-issued identification. Handicap parking is also available in all other lots and garages.
Reserved Parking: Purchase pre-paid parking online to guarantee a space in an Arena District lot. Visit www.ArenaDistrictParking.com, click on the "All Venues" tab and choose Jazz & Rib Fest, or click on the desired date: 07/23/10 , 07/24/10, 07/25/10

Will there be seating at the festival?
There will be a tented seating pavilion located on the plaza of the North Bank Pavilion, overlooking the Jazz Café stage. Lawn seating is available in front of all stages. Guests are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Guests may set up their own tents in designated areas of the lawn seating areas by the main stages. We ask that you please follow posted signage as to where tents are allowed so that all guests may fully enjoy the performance. Tents need to be safely secured, keeping in mind that there are irrigation systems in the parks. Tents may not be left up overnight and must be taken down in the case of high winds or inclement weather as a safety precaution. No grilling or cooking of any type may be conducted in the parks.

Is the festival handicap accessible?
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located at all portable restroom sites at the festival. These sites can be found in the festival guide.

What if I need medical attention at the festival?
Paramedics will be on duty at the festival at all times, located on Neil Avenue at Spring St.

What if I become separated from my family?
If you should become separated from your child please report the incident to the nearest police officer or to the information tent. Found children will be brought to the information tent to wait for their parents. You may visit the information tent obtain a wristband ID for your child to wear during the festival.

Can I vote for my favorite ribs?
You be the judge! Vote for your favorite ribs by filling out the People’s Choice Ballot. Ballots and ballot boxes will be located at the information booth and at all sponsor booths throughout the festival. Voters are asked to fill in the festival survey in order for their vote to count. We want to hear from you!

Bikes & scooters must be walked
Animals must be leashed at all times and owners must clean-up after their pets – please consider leaving your pet at home in cool, quiet comfort. Please Do!

Can I buy a festival souvenir?
The main information tent for the festival, where you may pick up a festival guide or purchase a souvenir T-shirt, will be located at the intersection of Neil Ave. and Long St., in front of the North Bank Pavilion. Festival guides will also be available at all pop booths located throughout the festival grounds and at the volunteer booth located at Neil Ave and Spring St.
